Seriously, this is the last part of the story ‘bout our mission, no lies, part 4
Okay this is the longest post I made thus far so you enjoy it now, and take my advice if you’re gonna read this make sure you went to the bathroom, have a bottle of you’re fave cold drink and a bag of chips, this is going to be a long one.

I finally came too after I smelled something very, very, VERY foul. I opened my eyes to someone’s feet, and then a lot of laughter. I instantly choked on the smell and started coughing, and covered my nose and mouth, the laughter got louder.
“Told you guys it’s a power all on its own.” I heard Markus say smugly.
“She’s going to kill you dude.” Jay said calmly crossing his arms over his chest, he closed his eyes and smiled.
“I’M GOING TO KILL YOU MARKUS!!!” I yelled out like a grizzly, murder the only thing on my mind.
“The taste will eventually go away, trust me, he did it to me too!” Glaice said calming me down (and I’m almost 100% sure that Jay was somehow causing the calm mood that washed over me, told ya he was emo, or at least he can influence the emotions of the people around us), she glared at Mark over her nose and looked back at me. I turned my gaze to Jay and saw he was concentrating a lot, a sure sign he was using his ability.
“You can stop doing that now, I won’t kill him, not now at least.” I said over to my brother and the calmness left. I did a quick scan of the surroundings, typical cage room thing, except this one was made of steel, like in steel floor, steel roof, steel walls, steel everything, there was a little round window looking out into blue.
“Its ocean out there, we’re somewhere in the middle of the big blue.” Zander said standing next to the window.
As for the flock, everyone looked okay, no serious gashes or holes, only a few bumps and scrapes and Zander had a bloody nose somewhere in the past ‘cause his nose was red under, we also all had bruised arms where they injected us with the needles. Em wasn’t with us, so hopefully she was still at the hotel hiding somewhere. Thank fully we were all in the same cage thing.
“Anyone with a plan to bust us outa here?” Zander asked as he sat down on the ground. I raked my brain for any idea and all I got was angry images of me violently attacking the nearest Eraser, or me attacking Joe in cartoon fashion.
“Got nothing!” Mark said, staying well clear of me and Glaice, throwing up his arms and lying back against the steel wall.
“How big’s the window? Can one of us fit? Like maybe one of the small girls?” T.K suggested trying to help, not even Em would have fit in the little window. And if T.K could see he would have seen Glaice, Alex, Lily and me glaring at him.
“Sexist pig much!” Glaice said over to him.
“Hey sorry but you are smaller than the boy’s aren’t you?” T.K said and pulled up his arms defensively.
“No, it’s way too small.” Zander said ignoring the little banter over boys and girls.
“The sells?” Alex asked.
“No, they took ‘em, and here wouldn’t be any reception out here, and who would we call?” Zander countered.
I noticed Lily sitting next to the wall, looking down at her sneakers, not once did I ever hear her talk out loud since I joined the flock. And I was still a blank on everyone’s powers, I knew what me and Jay could do, and I kinda new about Glaice’s freaky powers, I know T.K can heal people and Zander’s like super strong, and I already know about Marks speed and foot odor, and that Lily could make people and things invisible, I didn’t know anything about sneeze girl Alex, or any of the others other powers, I was still new to this flock.
“Okay, maybe we should use this forced bonding time to catalog our powers, see who brought what to the party.” I said testing the idea, no one attacked me so I continued, “I’ll go first since it’s my idea, I can control and make fire, I also have this ‘spider sense’ thing where I know if something bad is going to happen to me.”
“I can control water and manipulate it, and I can sense the mood of others and change it.” Jay continued when I looked over at him.
“Super speed and my awesomely good looks, girls find me very alluring.” Mark continued, very narcissist about himself.
“Super strength, enhanced senses, can sense bird kids, that’s about all I know about.” Zander added his powers.
“I can read minds, see a little bit into the future, and levitate objects, that’s about it.” Glaice added, leaving out the part about controlling an Eraser and making it fall out of the sky.
“Tecknopath and an excellent hacker, and I can make force fields, also I can control electricity.” Alex said, man that girl was loaded with the powers.
“Can heal people, but I’m not going to go on about how I do it, and I can find a weak point in an Eraser easily without looking at it obviously, my hands are also magnetic, like in I can make metal things come to my hands at will.” T.K said proudly sitting next to miss thousand powers Alex.
“I can sort of go invisible, make my sell density higher or lower, so I can go through walls and make myself really heavy, or that’s what I heard the white coats say about me once.” Lily finally added in a whisper of a voice, but to me her powers looked to be the best bet on an escape plan.
“Ya now I remember, gosh I can’t even understand why I didn’t think about that sooner!” Mark said covering his face with his hands, obviously he should have known she could do that, he was her only ‘friend’.
“Hey Lil, can you faze through the door and find a key and unlock the door from the outside?” Zander said calmly to her, she nodded and stood up. She walked up to the door and looked at it, touched it with her hand and then looked back at the rest of us, we were all looking at her and waiting for the big moment.
“I’m still new to this, I can only make my arms faze.” She finally said after a long pause. She turned back to the door and we all hoped the key was somewhere within reach, like maybe still in the lock (I thought sarcastically).
She placed her hand on the door and it began to sink into the door, wow that is soooooo weird to look at. She looked as if she felt around and then finally she pulled her hand back. Nothing.
We all sat down again. Glaice looked at me she like had a confession.
“Okay guys, I’m sorry but I kinda hid a power from you, I’m afraid that you’ll be afraid of me if I told you, I’m afraid you’ll think I’ll be like Angel,” Glaice looked up, she looked at each one of us, made eye contact and then continued “‘cause my power is sorta something I share with her . . . I can control minds as well, but I won’t ever use my powers, any of them on you!” She stared at her hands afraid to look up at us. I smiled, she wasn’t hiding her power ‘coz she was evil, she did it ‘coz she was afraid we’d treat her like a freak. (Among freaks that’s not possible)
Zander’s face suddenly lit up and I could swear that one moment I could read his mind, I knew exactly what he had in mind. “Glaice, we’re not going to see you as a weirdo now, don’t worry, but you just gave me an idea!” Glaice looked up and her eyes glowed, she smiled at us, wiping tears from her eyes.
It took us a while to get the plan organized but we were certain it would work, it had to.
“Help! Help! Alex can’t breathe, help!” I yelled out to the hallway/other room on the other side of the door. Suddenly I could hear heavy footsteps coming towards our jail. “Oh please, she can’t breathe, I think she’s having an asthma attack, oh God she’s turning blue!”
The door swung open heavily and two guys (Erasers in human form, you can tell from the stink) came in running, a red first aid bag in ones hand and the other had a high-tech gun.
Alex was lying on the ground sucking air like a fish. Lily was crouched next to her along with T.K holding Alex’s hand. The Eraser with the first aid bag fell to his knees next to Alex, he instantly took out an injection needle, Alex’s eyes grew big. The other Eraser stood tall looking around the room at the rest of us.
‘Glaice, show time.’ I thought over to Glaice, she looked at me and nodded, her eyes were already glowing silver so she concentrated hard, staring straight at the Eraser with the gun. I looked over at the Eraser with the gun and saw his eyes glaze over, for the second time I felt fear for what Glaice was capable of and gave thanks for her being on our side. The Eraser stiffened and walked out, the other Eraser looked over curiously at his protection walking out without a word, that second he lost concentration, Alex kicked him over, pressing her two index fingers to the Erasers temples she jumped up and the Eraser was out cold.
I looked at her with a huge question mark on my face.
“Electric shock to his brain, it’s not going to last long so we better move.” Alex said as she got up right and dusted herself off.
We walked out of the jail, past the Eraser who stood there motionless with his gun in his hands, towards the exit.
“Eyes open, this whole place could be crawling with Erasers.” Zander said all leaderly again. We walked slowly down the hall, quietly as possible.
“Where to, I guess we’re on the oiling rig Joe was talking about before she went al back stabber on us, so what we’re going to do?” T.K asked whispering, “No offence but she is.” He continued and looked over in me and Jay’s general direction.
“Don’t know actually, just don’t blow anything up, we don’t know how far we are from the shore so flying back could be a problem, I guess we find the person in charge?” Zander said a little unsure of himself but he quickly found his leader confidence again.
“And what? All blind boy avian hybrids are supposed to blow things up?!” T.K said defending himself.
“I was actually talking about Lex, she has the power of fire and all.” Zander said letting T.K know we don’t expect him to blow things up. “Anyway, any idea where the person in charge would be?”
“Probably in the bridge or some command room or something?” Alex suggested. It was the only lead we had so all 8 of us silently prowled the shadows and worked our way towards where we hoped we would find the lead of operations or something of this whole illegal operation.
The place wasn’t as guarded as you would expect for a hive of evil. It was surprisingly easy, and in our life it was too easy and didn’t last long.
We rounded what we hoped would be our last corner and stepped right into the mess hall, 100 pairs of eyes closed in on us instantly, and suddenly one of the people stood up and screamed and pointed in our direction “Capture them, they’ve escaped!”
“Aw dau!” I yelled out back to him, I mean really it doesn’t take a lot of brain cells to realize a bunch of random kids, dirty and bruised would be escapees. Someone (one of my flock) pulled me back and here we were running for our life’s, like always. My last glimpse of the mess hall was that of people turning into wolf monsters and then some running away.
We heard a loud roar of Erasers chasing us, I didn’t dare look back at the extent of our chase, and clearly it was bad enough, in the middle of the ocean and all.
Markus was running out in front of us, checking each doorway. We really need to get out of here I thought to myself, just then Markus stopped at a door and yelled “Found our escape route!”
We all ran towards him but a yell from behind stopped us in our tracks. I didn’t look back strait away, I knew from the look on Mark’s face that I didn’t want to see what was playing out behind me.
“You wouldn’t want to take off without your little friend here, would you?” I heard the Eraser snarl pleased with himself. I turned around and knew who he had in his claws, when we ran she probably fell behind.
“Mark?” Lily squeaked, her eyes pleading us not to leave her here in the clutches of the monsters. Markus was still standing at the exit he found, one foot in, the other one outside.
“Let her go!” Zander snarled back at the Eraser.
The Eraser smiled a toothy smile and laughed. Sure as heck I can get scared of Zan, he’s like very big and all but against a bunch of Erasers with a hostage he was like a little pussy cat, harmless. In the narrow hallway we couldn’t see exactly how many Erasers there were but we knew there were more of them than there were of us.
“Let me rephrase that, ‘let her go’ and we won’t blow your little plant to kingdom come!” I yelled at them in my ‘Lex-means-business-tone’.
The Eraser holding Lily tightened his grip on her tiny arms and smiled another toothy smile at me, clearly he didn’t know who he was dealing with.
I summoned up just a little bit of my fire, making a tiny fire ball in my hand, just small enough not to cause a huge explosion or anything on the OIL rig. The Eraser gave my fire ball and the smile on my face one look and said “You wouldn’t, you’ll go boom too!”
“Lex, now put out the fire, we both know if you set the place on fire none of us would get out of here.” I recognized the voice, the Erasers parted to let a nicely dressed man pass by, he was walking all casually talking to me, it was Mister H.
I gave a step back but didn’t blow out the little fire in my hand.
“What are you doing here, thought you were like head of Washington or something!” Glaice yelled out.
“You know him!” Zander yelled out.
“Who are you?!” T.K yelled out.
“Mark!” Lily yelled out.
Suddenly everyone was yelling at each other and I was slowly starting to lose my cool. “Quiet every one, I’m still threatening to blow the place up!” (Okay I know it kinda sounds immature but I’m just reporting what happened and I was kinda pissed and everyone was kinda ignoring me, and the Eraser kinda had one of our flock members in his grip and come on I’m actually a kid!) “And believe me, we bird kids will do almost anything to save one of our own, even blowing up an oil rig and flying away!”
Mister H’s expression didn’t change, he actually looked amused by my threat. “Take them, none of them leaves this plant!” He turns around and walks away. That moment the Erasers closed in on us, even from our escape route came Erasers, we had nowhere to run to, cornered.
I started swinging punches and kicks at any Eraser that came into range and saw the others also fighting them off. We were outnumbered about 5 to 1 but we kept fighting, finally the Erasers got the upper hand again and over powered us. I saw Alex fighting bravely but then one well placed punch from an Eraser knocked her out. T.K was taking out a lot of Erasers with his power to find their weak points but he too was taken out by an Eraser. Glaice was struggling to take on a group at once but she stood her ground, finally falling too. Only me, Mark, Jay and Zan were left. I took a lot of hits but I was still going strong, I knew the other three were in bad shape by now too.
I was staring down an Eraser when a drop of water landed on my head, I stole a quick glance upwards and saw rusty water pipes *imaginary light bulb appearing above my head*.
“Jay surfs up!” I yelled at Jay knowing he would catch onto my plan. “Mark, Zan grab the others and hold on!” I yelled at the other two, I grabbed hold of Glaice since she was my BFF and she was nearest to me. I dodged an Eraser and grabbed hold of a pipe attached to the wall, Glaice in my one hand, pipe in the other. I glanced back and saw the other two doing the same. In a split second the whole hallway flooded with icy cold water, I was drenched instantly.
Holding my breath in the torrent of water wasn’t easy but at least I knew Erasers were generally not swimmers. After the water subsided I took a big lung full of clean air. Glaice was lying on my lap, soaking wet and coughing, the others were wet also and I heard coughing come from the ones who were out cold as well. I looked around us and saw only a small percent of the original Erasers left, the others must have been washed out the doors. The remaining Erasers were either lying unconscious on the ground or choking on water.
I stood up and helped the now awake Glaice up too, “Thanks bro.” I said to Jay as I helped Glaice stand up right without falling over.
“Next time warn a girl before you try and drown a bunch of Erasers!” Alex said as she coughed some more.
“They took Lily!” Markus said shocking us all back to the reality of the situation. Lily was nowhere to be seen, Mister H must have taken her when he left.
“Looks like that was just the warm up for the big boss battle, and I don’t even think we leveled up!” T.K said out of breath, I actually hoped this whole mission was over the second Jay’s tidal wave was over, but who ever listens to my hopes?
We all looked at Zander, he was the leader, he should come up with the solution or a plan at least.
“Zander, what are we going to do, Lily’s like my family, you all are, we have to save her, who knows what they’re going to do to pore little Lily.” Mark finally said, showing an actual emotion other than self admiration (is that even an emotion?)
“Okay guys, let’s take a vote, if you aren’t up for the boss battle you can leave now and we’ll meet up if we get out of this, but if you stay your risking your life, so who’s in?” Zander said out loud, we looked at him, we could get out of this and get away, but then we’ll be leaving family behind.
“You know I’m in Z!” Markus said and went to stand next to Zander, we all followed until only Alex was left with the choice.
“You’ll be needing me, can’t bring down a big bad guy and save the princess without a computer nerd.”
We ran towards the mess hall again but this time didn’t run into it blindly. Glaice slowly crawled closer to the door and ever so slightly looked around the corner “Nothing, everyone’s cleared out, wait what is that I see?” I leaned past her and actually saw her drool (she still says it’s from Jays tidal wave, the water in her hair dripped down her chin) I looked over in the direction she was looking at and saw the cafeteria buffet table, filled with food, left abandoned. As if my stomach had eyes it growled when I saw all the wonderful food, we were just threw a battle, had escaped and have been kidnapped to begin with so we were pretty hungry.
We walked into the mess hall keeping our eyes on everything that might be cameras or a place a sniper could hide. Nothing, the people who were supposed to be working in the kitchen weren’t there either.
“Grab anything you can carry, we have to save Lily and get out of here!” Zander ordered and grabbed as much food he could stuff in his mouth and the pockets of his cargo pants and jacket. We all grabbed as much food as we could.
T.K was the first to hear something coming from behind us, his being alert alerted Jay who then tapped my arm, alerting me. I whirled around making the others follow and suddenly all 7 of us were staring at two cowering kids who just barely made it behind a table.
Zander sniffed the air and I could see he was confused. “What are you?!” Zander called out at the two kids, a boy and a girl, they didn’t come out from behind the table. Glaice scowled at Zander and lowered her guard.
“Zan, you scared the kids!” She said nicely and started to walk towards the kids. “Now now, he won’t hurt you, he’s just a big softy with a hard voice.” She soothed them “Come out now, I’m sure you won’t hurt us.”
The girl was the first to stand up from behind the table, she looked nervous. Her hair was a tangled mess of sandy colored hair, her eyes was a bright green and her skin was tanned underneath the bruises. I noticed she was wearing a hospital gown, she also looked a little arrogant.
Glaice turned to us and smiled “see guys their just kids, they won’t hurt us!” I knew Glaice must have read their minds, so I was the first to lower my guard too, the others followed. “I’m Glaice, and this is my flock, we are sort of looking for our friend, you don’t perhaps know where we can find her?” Glaice looked back at us and asked “Hey Alex could you please bring them something to eat?!” Alex grabbed a bunch of hotdogs and burgers and brought it to Glaice, the boy now stood up, he was clearly hungry. The boy had black hair, blue eyes and a light complexion hidden under his own bruises.
Glaice walked over to the kids and placed the food on the table, they didn’t go for the food right away. I went closer.
“What if you poisoned the food?!” The girl finally spoke up, her voice trying to sound tough, I looked at her in disbelief.
“Okay just give me a hotdog, I’ll show the little tough girl we didn’t poison it.” I said as Glaice handed me a hotdog, forgetting my manners I practically shoved the hotdog whole into my mouth. “See?” I said still chewing the hotdog.
The boy looked in shock at my table manners and the girl looked at me amused. After that they fell on the food while me and Glaice looked over at our Flock.
“So who are you, what are you doing on this tin can?” I asked when they ate almost 10 hotdogs, each. They were thankfully slowing down now.
“I’m Nikki, and he’s Ian, I don’t know how we got here, we’re just here, the alarms went off and the crates we were in just opened, so we walked out in the chaos.” The girl said arrogantly, we were all sitting at a table now.
“The alarms were probably caused when Jay flooded the place, the crates probably opened coz the system this place works on thought the place was going down.” Alex supplied the answer, she’s a really smart kid.
“That probably also explains why there’s no one here.” T.K added.
“Can you just take us to the place they’ll be taking Lily?!” Mark who was quiet this whole time spoke up. We all looked at him.
“Sure, you don’t want them to have her for too long, I’ve heard what they do to avians here, ain’t pretty.” Nikki said as she stood up, “just to help with this whole working together thing, tell the mind reader to stop reading my mind, its intrusive.”
Glaice puffed up like someone just insulted her, okay she was actually insulted, but luckily she didn’t say anything, Nikki’s our only help finding Lily.
Nikki, who I guessed was about 12, was leading our group, occasionally she made us all stand back against the wall, then she would peer around the corner and motion us to follow. We went down stairs and climbed ladders and finally reached a place where the decor started to change from filthy oil rig to future looking evil lab.
We all jumped as the intercom hidden somewhere in the sealing came to life. “All personnel report to your stations, alarms were caused by avian experiments escaping and attacking, high alert, 7 avians loose in compound, two clones also escaped, be on lookout report any sighting!” The voice over the com sounded almost metallic coming from the roof.
“Okay so now they know we’re out here somewhere.” Zander said pointing out the obvious. Nikki looked over at him angrily. So now we know this is a cloning plant and that Nikki and Ian are clones.
We walked on and just as we were about to round the last corner (sound like déjà-fu, hu?) Nikki stopped us and pressed her finger to her mouth to show we should be quiet. My guess is it was Erasers guarding a door or something. She peered around the corner and breathed out a sigh of relieve. We unglued ourselves from the wall and walked around the corner.
In front of us was a thick looking sliding steel door. It looked pretty intimidating to us, next to the door was a keypad.
“Okay we brought you to the place, now you just gotta find the code to it somehow, we never got past this point.” Nikki said, looking bummed.
“Have no fear, Alex is here!” Alex said, and I’m sure she watched too much cartoons or something, she continued when we all stared at her “I had too much sugar earlier, sue me.” The stepped past us and started clicking away on the keypad, faster than any of us could comprehend the screen flashed green and the door slid open.
We all cautiously walked in, when T.K was in, the door slid close behind us. The interior of the place was a weird white, almost glowing.
“You two would know if there’s like a monster or something hiding in here somewhere right?” Nikki asked me and Glaice, she sounded pretty nervous.
“Ya, but how do you know ‘bout our powers?” I asked her.
“Well it’s my ability, I know what powers and abilities other mutants have, it also entitles me to know exactly how to counter you’re powers.” She said smiling wryly sounding like the little brat we came to know in the past few minutes.
We came to an observation window, one of those I guess where you can see from one side and not the other, we all stood there trying to see what was going on in inside. On the other side of the window we saw two white coats and someone strapped to a seat, we couldn’t see the persons face because the one white coat was standing in front of the person. The white coat was sticking sticky dots with wires connected to the person. I looked more intently, if that person turns into the hulk I’ll probably wet my jeans. The white coat stepped away from the person in the chair and all at once we all (except the clones) realized who was sitting in the chair.
Lily!
Her eyes were shut but the minute the second white coat flipped a switch they sprang open wildly, at first we were stunned but luckily we had an awesome leader who snapped back to reality, and thank the heavens he was supper strong.
We were all staring at the white coats torturing Lily but the instant the glass shattered in front of our eyes we snapped back. Zander jumped over the low wall where the window was and ran towards the white coat at the controls. My instincts told me right away to cover Zander, so me and Glaice followed Zander and jumped over the low wall too, some Erasers were coming in through the door at the end of the circular room. Jay, Alex T.K and the clones joined into the fight too. Markus ran directly for Lily, pulling the wires with the sticky dots of off her skin. She was slumped in the chair (that strangely resembled those dentist chairs, now you got something to think about next time you’re in those chairs, hehehe)
The Erasers and two white coats was no match for us so we quickly joined Markus and Zander by Lily’s side.
“What did they do to her?” Mark asked fighting back tears.
“They whipped her mind, she’ll wake up in a day or so then she won’t remember any of you, might not even remember how to fly.” Nikki said nonchalant.
Zander picked Lily up delicately and cradled her in his strong arms, suddenly the alarms started to whale.
“Ah oh!” Nikki and Ian said at the same time
“Better get outa here!” Zander said and started to run towards the door the Erasers came in form.
“What’s happening, I didn’t see any of the Erasers or white coats push like a panic button?!” Alex yelled as we all ran towards the door, a few white coats and Erasers ran past us, paying us no attention what so ever, and if they did, they were more intent on running from something than catching the escapees. Just then a tremor almost knocked us of our feet and a loud bang.
“I think the place is coming down!” Ian yelled out, the first I heard him talk on his own ever.
It was easier getting out than in, or at least faster, all the potential threats we usually run from was now running for their lives with us.
“Found a door that leads outside!” Mark yelled out from in front somewhere, he ran out in front to find an escape route. “Hope the clones can fly!”
I looked over at the clones, they looked at each other and smiled, our wings were already out, theirs weren’t, that’s assuming they had.
We caught up to Mark and he jumped out the door, the door leaded to a little walk way outside. When we got to the door he was already outside flying, waiting for us to join. One by one we jumped out the door and of the walkway.
I was out and looked back curiously to see if the clones had wings and could fly. I was pleasantly shocked to say they did have wings, but none of what I have ever seen, theirs were black and leathery, thin and not fluffy and feathery like ours.
“What are you guys?!” I yelled over the roar of the sea and the oil rig falling to pieces, fires brakeing out and all hell playing out just below us.
“Bat kids, new breed of avians, and clones like you pointed out earlier!” Nikki yelled back. We saw about 4 other kids sized things flying out of the rig just before it went up in the biggest explosion I have ever seen. There were boats leaving the sight, and people jumping from the burning structure, but we knew there were many Erasers, white coats and mutants who weren’t so lucky, I got a lump in my throat trying to hold back the tears. Many more lives are going to be affected by this, I thought to myself as I saw black stuff rising up to the surface of the ocean, oil.
“Better get a move on, we have a long flight in front of us, and the authorities will be here soon.” Zander said in a grave tone.
“Which way to the nearest land?” Alex asked.
“I’ll be able to help with that one.” Ian spoke up, Nikki who was flying next to him, smiled.
“He’s like a compass, you ask him to take you somewhere and he can take you.” Nikki informed us.
“The nearest land is an island that way!” Ian continued proudly pointing towards the horizon.
Together we all flew towards the horizon where Ian pointed toward, the 4 other kid sized flying things joined us, 3 bat kids and 1 bird kid, all girls.
We reached the island just in time, we lab raised bird kids aren’t so good on long flights, not to mention just after a daring escape and surviving what could be the worst oil rig (cloning plant) disaster in American history.
We all rested up on the tiny island and the next morning we left, leaving Nikki and Ian and their new found flock of bat kids (and one bird kid) behind, after of course Ian showed us the heading to get back to the hotel we were taken from. Lily also came too and like Nikki said didn’t remember a thing, so Zander had to fly with her in his arms the whole way back (luckily we bird kids are super light, but a flight that far is still hard with any extra weight than your own).
We found the hotel easily and also found Em right away, she was sick with worry and was kinda pissed at us ‘cause we had an adventure without her, she was living with one of the staff of the hotel, a friend of the back stabbing witch stupid excuse for a mother Joe, anyway Joe took Em to the staff lady the night before our capture telling her only to watch Em for a while till her ‘siblings’ came back for her, Joe also gave the woman some money for us (okay she’s giving us money but I’m not going to be bought over just like that). There was also a room reserved for us for the night, so we just took our stuff and left.
We slept that night next to the ocean in a protected aria, the stars shining brightly above us. That night I had a strange dream of a white coat injecting me with stuff, I also had a bunch of random dreams about food, places, places made of food, and normal dream stuff.

And just FYI we’re not sure what made the oil rig go ca-boom, the official story is it’s a bubble of methane gas (the stuff your body gets rid of every time you . . . yea, catch the drift? I wonder if the Gasman was hiding in the pipe somewhere, hmmm?) that escaped somewhere in the pipe and then broke threw a bunch of barriers, yadda yadda yadda, and then it expanded and went BOOOOM! All that you can pretty much see each night on news or whatever but what you won’t know is that the oil rig was actually a cover for the cloning plant and that the clones were actually clones of kids who died or was hard to kidnap or already grown up who would, if mutated under the right circumstances, develop strong abilities like my fire (didn’t make the methane catch fire I swear!), Jay’s emo power, Lily’s invisibility and Mark’s speed. It’s a relative new thing, so I just want to say our flock are the originals, God threw away the moulds when he was done making us, lolz.
So anyway it’s a big environmental disaster that almost ended our lives and not a big hairy scary Eraser, so yea we should all try and stop these things from happening, either by finding new and better ways to do old things like get oil or find better things to replace bad things like oil entirely. Believe it or not, we may have nothing to do with how the world is being destroyed, most of the things even happened before we were born, but it is like our born duty to make up for it, we can’t just sit back and be silent, even if you don’t have wings you can still do something, you just have to find a way. (Sorry I’m getting a little preachy but I don’t want to fight and defeat Itex and just lose the big battle the Earth is fighting every day!)

Okay that’s about it for our adventure on the high seas, now we’re just drifting around, o and Alex went back to her flock after everything, the constant sniffles didn’t amuse her, we also taught Lily everything from scratch, flying, who we were, what we are, who the bad guys are and how to fight. Luckily she was a fast learner and wanted to learn everything so it went smoothly, she did freak out our first time when Erasers attacked.

Found this on Lex's 'Edward', Jay was suposed to post it but he didn't find it, we're starting to think T.K is rubbing off on him, so hope you enjoyed it, I'll be posting untill Lex is back, so here is an update on how things are going. Joe is calling us non stop, and she's even starting to put comments on the blog, so she's bugging us to let Lex be taken back to a school so they can make her better, but that is the last place we'll be going, that and a hospital at this stage, but we're considering a hospital at the moment, Lex doesn't like that idea, so you can tell she's still with us, loud and clear like she would say, and Zander is trying every thing with his contact inside to find out whats wrong, he thinks that this guy can help us. We also discovered that when we were taken to the oil rig we've been knocked out by injection stuff, well that was just the start, we all have been under sedation for about a week between when we were taken from the hotel and taken to the oil rig, that now sits under the ocean, so we are starting to think the white coats have experemented on us, we also think that maybe Lex also got some strange flu or something in that time.
